Ozzy Osbourne to reunite with Black Sabbath in final show, Back To The Beginning , this summer.

The iconic rock band will reunite for one final performance this summer, their first show as a complete group in two decades.

The reunion concert, dubbed Back To The Beginning , will take place on Saturday, July 5, at Villa Park in Birmingham, England.

Other artists set to perform include Metallica, Slayer, Pantera, Halestorm, Anthrax, and more.

Fans interested in purchasing tickets can do so starting Friday, February 14 via Ticketmaster and Live Nation.

All proceeds from the event will directly benefit a variety of charities, including Cure Parkinson's, Birmingham Children's Hospital, and Acorns Children's Hospice.

Gisele Bündchen welcomes her third child, her first with boyfriend Joaquim Valente.

TMZ broke the news on Wednesday; however, further details, including when the baby was born, its name, and sex, have yet to be revealed.
