Mother of Southport victim confesses she would swap places
The mother of seven-year-old Elsie Stancombe, who was one of three girls killed at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class in Southport, have said she would “trade places” with her daughter "any day" as she paid tribute to her.
Elsie's mother, Jenni Stancombe, said, "If we had been there this wouldn't have happened".
