Tragedy strikes in Jammu & Kashmir as two soldiers lose their lives in a suspected IED blast during a routine fence patrol in the Akhnoor sector.

The attack occurred in Laleali, near a forward post, as the troops were carrying out their duties.

The blast left a captain and another soldier dead, with one more soldier injured but in stable condition.

The Indian Army has launched a search operation in the area.
