Starmer forced to halt visit after farmers stage protest
The prime minister has been forced to leave a location in Buckinghamshire after a group of tractor-driving protesters descended on his visit and staged a loud demonstration.
Keir Starmer was visiting a housing development to announce his plans to build new towns across England when a number of vehicles showed up.
The tractors, brandishing placards reading 'Back British Farming', could be heard sounding loud musical horns while the prime minister attempted to speak to construction workers at the site.
