India-Japan Joint Military Exercise ‘Dharma Guardian’ in Full Swing at East Fuji Training Area

The 6th edition of the India-Japan joint military exercise 'Dharma Guardian' is currently underway at the East Fuji Training Area in Japan.

Running from February 24 to March 9, 2025, this joint drill focuses on counter-terrorism operations in urban terrain while enhancing interoperability, tactical skills, and combat experience sharing between the two nations.

The exercise also includes simulated UN peacekeeping operations and a cultural exchange program, strengthening defence cooperation and regional security.
