The prime minister has said he will abolish NHS England in a speech delivered on Thursday. Keir Starmer said this will bring management of the NHS "back into democratic control". 18-year-old Hassan Sentamu has been sentenced to at least 23 years for murdering 15-year-old Elianne Andam in Croydon.
