I have been pouring through the case everyday since December 4, 2024.

I do this hoping to see something new.

Today it hit me....and I think somebody screwed up or is lying.

Based on a Motion for Suppression of Evidence by Mangione's PA-Based Lawyer, Thomas Dickey, Esq.

New details of Mangione's arrest in Altoona, PA on December 9, 2024 are now available.

And once again...the devil is in the details.

Either somebody screwed up or the DOJ wants this case to go away by intentionally contradicting itself, violating Mangione's rights, and/or messing up the way in which the police in PA collected evidence.
