Walton Goggins Opens Up About the Long Wait to Film That 'White Lotus' Scene | THR News Video
Walton Goggins says he waited six months (and seven hours) to film that highly anticipated scene during Sunday's episode of 'The White Lotus.'

Goggins told The Hollywood Reporter that the apparent culmination of his antihero's journey — where his character Rick confronts the man he believes killed his father — wasn't filmed until almost the very end of the Thailand shoot, and the relief on his face at the end of the episode is as much his own as it is Rick's.
Walton Goggins has revealed he went to the hospital after being bit by a snake on set of 'The White Lotus.' When the actor went on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!'...he shared that last week's episode of the HBO show was actually more dangerous than it looked. Goggins revealed all the snakes used in the show were real and that he's VERY scared of snakes. During last week's episode, Goggins' character Rick gets high and starts freeing snakes from their cages at a snake farm. It turns out one snake bites his girlfriend, Chelsea (played by Aimee Lou Wood), who is then rushed off to the hospital. But in real life, the opposite actually happened.
