South Korea eyes major investments in India in coming years: Envoy
Jhajjar, Haryana: South Korea aims to boost investments in India, targeting a two- to threefold increase, said Ambassador Lee Seong-ho on April 4, 2025, at Boditech Med Inc’s new Rs 50 crore facility opening in Haryana’s MET City.
The 10,032-square-meter plant will serve India and global markets, aiming for over 5% of India’s IVD market and Rs 650 crore in revenue.
Supporting ‘Make in India,’ MET City now hosts over 580 firms, including six Korean ones.
Boditech’s CEO, Eui Yul Choi, praised India’s policies and healthcare ecosystem.
