The all-female crew launched into space at 9:30 a.m.
From Blue Origin's launch site in Van Horn, Texas.
The newly minted astronauts remained in space for approximately 10 minutes, ascending 62 miles above the Earth, surpassing the Kármán line, also known as the boundary separating Earth's atmosphere and outer space.
Upon their return, the 6 women shared their emotions regarding the experience, Perry describing the journey as 'the highest high,' and King saying that the trip 'served as a reminder that we need to do better, be better.'
Jeff Bezos did the honor of welcoming the crew back to Earth as they exited the space capsule, while many other high profile celebrities were in attendance to experience the launch in person, including Oprah, Khloé Kardashian, and Kris Jenner.
Rory McIlroy wins the 2025 Masters completing career Grand Slam.
The 35-year-old Northern Irish golf star emerged victorious at the 89th Masters tournament, becoming only the sixth man to complete golf's career Grand Slam, which entails winning all four major championships, the Masters, PGA Championship, U.S. Open, and the Open Championship.
The win comes 11 years after McIlroy took home his last title at the U.S. PGA Championship in Valhalla, Kentucky, and after 16 years of competing in the tournament.
He is the first golfer to complete the Grand Slam since Tiger Woods in 2000.
