Tuesday was a small victory for Tina Peters.
The Colorado court ruled in favor of the DOJ, allowing their investigation into her case to move forward.
This means fewer roadblocks from the Colorado AG and Secretary of State.
Hopefully, justice for Tina is right around the corner!
But that’s not all—Tina was recently transferred to the La Vista Correctional Facility, which permits professional visits from media, lawyers, pastors, and more.
