Representative Eric Burlison (R-MO) says despite what a 12-state lawsuit against the Trump administration may think, President Donald Trump has the constitutional authority to issue tariffs.

“I want tariffs and taxes to be as low as possible.

But I also think that the fact that we’ve had an imbalance for decades is something that we need to address,” he says.
