While the publication previously revealed its roster of fashion and beauty winners in advance, including Tyra Banks, Adriana Lima, designer Betsey Johnson and more, Bieber was a last-minute surprise turning up in Los Angeles where she was presented with the beauty innovator of the year award by friend and OUAI founder Jen Atkin.
