Supreme Court Judge SVN Bhatti recuses from hearing plea of former Andhra Pradesh CM N Chandrababu Naidu

Supreme Court Judge SVN Bhatti has recused himself from hearing former Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu's petition to quash the FIR in an alleged scam. The matter will be listed before another bench next week. Naidu's senior advocates, Siddharth Luthra and Harish Salve, requested an urgent hearing before Chief Justice DY Chandrachud.
