Narco-terrorism, psychological warfare biggest threats: J&K Lieutenant Governor
Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has identified narco-terrorism and psychological warfare as the biggest security threats due to rapid technological advancement. Sinha emphasized the need for J&K Police and other security agencies to effectively counter these threats. The DGP of J&K, Dilbag Singh, mentioned the strengthening of police stations and the training of new commandos and cybercrime personnel.
