Days before Apple’s hacking ‘alert’, Govt cyber watchdog CERT-In also warned of ‘multiple vulnerabilities’ in Apple’s OS
Wednesday, 1 November 2023 India's cyber watchdog, CERT-In, had previously warned Apple users of "multiple vulnerabilities" that could be exploited by attackers to access sensitive information, execute code, and bypass security restrictions. The vulnerabilities affected Apple's iOS operating systems, as well as certain versions of MacBook and Apple Watch. This comes after Apple sent out alerts to iPhone users, including opposition politicians, warning of potential hacks from "government-sponsored attackers." The Indian government has denied any state-initiated snooping and has called for Apple's cooperation in the investigation.

On May 13, Comcast chief Brian Roberts announced the company's newest bundle, StreamSaver, NBC News reports. .
Peacock, Netflix and Apple TV+ will be
included in the bundle "at a vastly reduced
price to anything available today," Roberts said. .

Comcast's bundle will be made available before Peacock raises its standalone price by another $2 ahead of the 2024 Paris Summer Olympic Games. .
The ad-free service will now cost $13.99 per month. .

Meanwhile, Disney, Warner Bros. Discovery and
Fox Corp. have teamed up to create a streaming sports bundle that is scheduled to debut this fall.
