Owaisi cuts votes of Congress, says Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury after his RSS puppet remark
West Bengal Congress chief Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury has accused AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi of cutting votes to benefit the BJP. Chowdhury claimed that Owaisi takes bribes from the BJP to make the electoral contest easier for them. He also criticized the BJP for turning to Owaisi as a reliable leader to counter the storm of change in Telangana. Chowdhury supported Rahul Gandhi's call for a caste-based census and accused the BJP of being opposed to the idea. He also commented on the treatment of jailed West Bengal Minister Jyotipriya Mallick.
