Delhi high court permits Subramanian Swamy to withdraw PIL seeking probe on Yes Bank's transfer of stress assets portfolio to JC Flowers
Former Rajya Sabha member Subramanian Swamy withdraws his petition seeking constitution of an expert committee to examine the transfer of a Rs 48,000 crore stress asset portfolio from Yes Bank to JC Flowers ARC. The Delhi High Court allows the withdrawal, noting that there was no objection from the parties.
