Meanwhile, Congress MLA Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu arrived at the State Secretariat amid the chanting of mantras by priests. Earlier, Congress MLA Gaddam Prasad Kumar from Vikarabad filed a nomination for the post of Speaker of the Telangana Legislative Assembly on Wednesday.
