Video shows US cop laughing after collision killed Indian student, probe launched

An investigation has been launched against Seattle police union leaders following the emergence of troubling footage from an officer's body camera. The footage recorded an officer making inappropriate remarks about the death of an Indian-origin woman who was struck and killed by a police cruiser.
