Teen arrested in Morgan State shooting as Baltimore police search for second suspect

A 17-year-old has been arrested in connection with a shooting at Morgan State University in Baltimore that left five people wounded. The suspect, who is a minor, was arrested in Washington, D.C. and will be charged with multiple counts of attempted murder. Police are still searching for an 18-year-old suspect, Jovan Williams, who is considered armed and dangerous.
