Over 8000 Afghan migrants forced to return from Pakistan with just two days remaining in deadline

Over 8,000 Afghan migrants have been forcefully deported back from Pakistan as the deadline for their departure approaches. The Taliban-led Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation of Afghanistan has announced that approximately 7,910 Afghan migrants have returned to their country from Pakistan. These individuals, including detainees previously held in Pakistani prisons, have been set free and officially registered with the Ministry of Migrants. Pakistan is resolute in its decision to expel an estimated 1.7 million foreign nationals, primarily Afghans, who have been residing there illegally.
