Pakistan: Many arrested as Long March against 'Baloch genocide' reaches Kohlu

Pakistan security agencies detained a large number of protesters, mostly women, who joined the long march against the Baloch Genocide in Balochistan province. The police erected barricades in Kohlu to intercept the protesters marching from Turbat to Islamabad via Quetta. The Long March was organized by the Baloch Yakjehti Committee to raise awareness about enforced disappearances and extrajudicial killings in Balochistan. State forces have detained Baloch activists Asif Baloch, Mairaj Khalid, Abdullah Baloch, and Jameel Baloch.
