Judge declares, then retracts, a mistrial in the murder trial of a former Ohio deputy

In the murder trial of Jason Meade, who shot Casey Goodson Jr., a mistrial declaration was retracted. Goodson was holding a sandwich bag when fatally shot. The jury was unsettled, and alternate jurors were elevated. Goodson's gun was found with the safety mechanism engaged.
