Maldives purchases drones from Turkey to patrol country's vast maritime area

Maldives acquires surveillance drones from Turkey for the first time. A drone base is established in Noonu atoll Maafaru. Mohamed Muizzu visited Turkey in November and formed an agreement to import military drones. The drones were delivered on March 3.
