Hannah C. Dugan is an American lawyer and judge from Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. She has been a Wisconsin circuit court judge for Milwaukee County since 2016. Prior to her judicial service, Dugan spent her career working with legal aid organizations, she previously served as executive director of Catholic Charities of Southeastern Wisconsin and is a past-president of the Milwaukee Bar Association.
