Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan has been arrested by the FBI on obstruction charges after allegedly helping an undocumented immigrant, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, evade arrest.
According to FBI Director Kash Patel, Dugan misdirected federal agents during an immigration operation, allowing Flores Ruiz to temporarily escape.
While the agents eventually caught up with Flores Ruiz, Patel warned that Dugan's actions endangered the public.
