Raayan mints over Rs 50 lakh in North America

Dhanush's Raayan, his 50th film and second directorial, opened strong with Rs 12 crore in India and over Rs 50 lakh from premiere shows in North America. The thriller, which Dhanush also wrote, follows a revenge plot. Despite rumors, Triptii Dimri won't star in his next project with Aanand L Rai.
