Chauhan, who has previously directed critically acclaimed films such as Lahore (2010) and 72 Hoorain (2023), both of which received National Awards, is known for his storytelling prowess. He was also a writer for Ranveer Singh’s cricket drama ’83 , showcasing his versatility in different genres. Interestingly, this isn't the first time Akshay Kumar and Chauhan have been linked.
