IndiaTimes Friday, 24 January 2025
Sean 'Diddy' Combs has filed a $50 million defamation lawsuit against Courtney Burgess, her attorney Ariel Mitchell, and NewsNation. The lawsuit, filed in the Southern District of New York, claims that Burgess and Mitchell fabricated and spread false allegations about Combs, including accusations of Combs being involved in group sexual assaults. Combs asserts that these allegations, which include non-existent videos, were shared with the media for financial gain and were broadcasted by NewsNation without proper investigation, damaging his reputation severely.
