Gavin Plumb has been found guilty of plotting to kidnap, rape and murder TV presenter Holly Willoughby. Chelmsford Crown Court heard the 37-year-old security guard had previous convictions for offences against women. Police seized handcuffs, rope and other items from the father-of-two’s Essex home after he was arrested, having been tracked down by an undercover US police officer on a Kik messenger group called “Abduct Lovers”.
