Gold bars and painting taken from 'prolific money launderer' will be sold
Tuesday, 30 April 2024 A man who is being hunted for money laundering was found in possession of gold and art worth millions of pounds, the National Crime Agency (NCA) has said.
Chris Philp has accused Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer of being "more interested in his cronies" than making appointments with integrity. The shadow home secretary's comments come after Tulip Siddiq quit as a Treasury minister over links to her aunt's political movement in Bangladesh.
