BBC removes Doctor Who-themed advert that starred Southport stabbing suspect
Saturday, 3 August 2024 The BBC has removed a video of a teenager accused of murdering three girls in Southport after it emerged he starred in a Children in Need advert.
The mother of seven-year-old Elsie Stancombe, who was one of three girls killed at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class in Southport, have said she would “trade places” with her daughter "any day" as she paid tribute to her. Elsie's mother, Jenni Stancombe, said, "If we had been there this wouldn't have happened".
