Mother of Southport victim confesses she would swap places

The mother of seven-year-old Elsie Stancombe, who was one of three girls killed at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class in Southport, have said she would “trade places” with her daughter "any day" as she paid tribute to her. PM: Southport attack shows 'terrorism has changed'
