King Charles III visited Southport to meet survivors of a stabbing attack that killed three young girls and sparked over a week of unrest across the UK.
The mother of seven-year-old Elsie Stancombe, who was one of three girls killed at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class in Southport, have said she would “trade places” with her daughter "any day" as she paid tribute to her. Elsie's mother, Jenni Stancombe, said, "If we had been there this wouldn't have happened".
