Trial of teenager accused of Southport stabbings to begin
Monday, 20 January 2025 The trial of an 18-year-old accused of killing three girls in a knife attack at a dance class in Southport is due to begin today.
The mother of seven-year-old Elsie Stancombe, who was one of three girls killed at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class in Southport, have said she would “trade places” with her daughter "any day" as she paid tribute to her. Elsie's mother, Jenni Stancombe, said, "If we had been there this wouldn't have happened".
