Opposition MPs to wear black clothes to Parliament Thursday to register protest over Manipur issue

All MPs belonging to the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA) have been asked to come dressed in black to protest PM Modi not making a statement on the Manipur issue in Parliament till now, an MP of the Opposition bloc said. A no-confidence motion against the government by the Congress on behalf of the opposition alliance was admitted by Speaker Om Birla. Birla said a date for a discussion on the motion will be decided after consulting the leaders of all parties.
