Boy bends to tie shoelace, dies as javelin hurled by mate hits head

A 15-year-old school boy died after being hit on his head by a javelin thrown by another student while they were practising for an outdoor sports competition on the school playground. The fatal accident took place at INT English School in Purar, Goregaon, in the Mangaon taluka of Raigad district, around 12.30pm on Wednesday.
