Telangana Congress has dozen chief ministerial candidates, CM KCR jibe at Congress

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao mocked the Congress party, saying it has multiple chief ministerial candidates. He urged voters to support a party that fulfills its promises. Rao criticized Congress leaders for prioritizing their own interests over those of the people. He also highlighted the achievements of the BRS government, including the Rythu Bandhu scheme for farmers. Rao stated that Telangana is the second-largest producer of paddy in India, thanks to the government's focus on agriculture. He accused Telangana Congress leaders of agreeing to merge Telangana with Andhra Pradesh in 1956.
