Senior BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad claimed that former chief minister Kamal Nath could lose the election in his turf. Prasad criticized the Congress for bringing Hamas into the state elections and accused them of lacking harmony and consensus. He also questioned the absence of Rahul Gandhi and alleged that Congress leaders were not supporting their own party candidates. Meanwhile, Kamal Nath expressed confidence that rebels denied Congress tickets would support the party in the upcoming assembly polls.
