BJP urges EC to shift police officers linked to Mahadev app row from poll duty
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has urged the Election Commission to keep police officers involved in the Mahadev App controversy away from election duties. The BJP delegation met with the Chief Electoral Officer and highlighted that the Raipur senior superintendent of police was named in a video released by the Mahadev App founder. The BJP has also complained about attempts to create terror and influence the assembly elections. BJP leader Siddharth Nath Singh criticized the Congress government for not taking action against the Mahadev App.
