The Bombay High Court has dismissed a petition filed by Jet Airways founder Naresh Goyal to quash his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a money laundering case. Goyal had claimed that his arrest and detention were illegal. The court ruled that his petition for a writ of habeas corpus was not maintainable. Goyal can pursue other remedies available to him, including approaching the PMLA trial court or challenging the High Court's dismissal before the Supreme Court.
