Ayodhya decked up ahead of mega Deepawali celebrations, set to break world record
Saturday, 11 November 2023 Ayodhya is preparing for Diwali by planning to light 24 lakh lamps at 51 ghats simultaneously, aiming to set a world record. The festivities will include a tableau procession, showcasing the craftsmanship of artisans from across Uttar Pradesh, as well as dance performances from various states. Approximately 25,000 volunteers will be involved in lighting the diyas, while the Guinness Book of World Records team will count them using a drone camera. The Deepotsav program will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, and a laser show has also been organized.
