Congress, Trinamool Congress leaders join BJP in Assam

Nearly 150 politicians from various parties, including Trinamool Congress and Congress, joined the ruling BJP in Assam. Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma welcomed them, emphasizing that the BJP is the only party that works in the interest of the nation, without any dynastic politics.The state BJP unit shared on its official X handle a photograph of Sarma with the leader from Trinamool Congress and two from Congress as they met the chief minister on Saturday.
