The state has witnessed significant agricultural expansion and ranks first in paddy production. The government has established 26,000 schools and hospitals in every district. It provides 24-hour electricity supply to farmers. The BRS government has also made achievements in the health sector, establishing 36 medical colleges and eradicating Fluorosis problem.
