Telangana, one of the fastest-growing states in terms of Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP), has achieved great progress in the past decade. The state has the highest per capita income in the country. The income of farmers cannot be doubled by empty promises and dialogues. To double farmers' income, support for agriculture and allied sectors is crucial. Telangana has successfully supported these sectors by constructing irrigation projects and increasing paddy production acreage.
