Ex-Pakistan soldiers among terrorists: Army commander

Lt Gen Dwivedi indicated presence of retired Pakistani soldiers among terrorists in J&K. The recent Rajouri encounter resulted in the death of 5 army personnel and a top Lashkar-e-Toiba operative. The encounter also revealed the killings of 10 civilians in Rajouri and attacks on security forces at Kandi. The two terrorists killed in the Bajimaal encounter were Quari, a top Pakistan-based Lashkar commander, and a sniper. Lt Gen Dwivedi emphasized the importance of neutralizing these highly trained foreign terrorists.
