The faction emphasizes that the demand for Manipur's sovereignty has not been compromised. Manipur CM expresses optimism about the peace process, stating that the ground rules for the ceasefire will be finalized soon. The remaining Imphal valley-based insurgent groups have yet to be involved in the peace process.
