US Principal Deputy NSA meets External Affairs Minister Jaishankar

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar met Principal Deputy NSA of the United States Jon Finer to discuss bilateral and global issues. The meeting addressed the case filed in a US court against an Indian national, Nikhil Gupta, and an Indian government employee for their alleged involvement in a plot to kill a Khalistani leader. The issue was a matter of concern for India, which has initiated an inquiry panel to investigate the allegations. The US prosecutors revealed that Gupta was arrested in the Czech Republic.
