Zoram People's Movement (ZPM), led by Lalduhoma, promises corruption-free governance and inclusive development. The party also focuses on educational reform and a healthcare scheme. ZPM stands out with its internal mechanisms, where an advisory panel of elders called Val Upa Council makes important decisions. The council consists of retired IAS and IPS officers, pastors, and is chaired by former Mizoram chief secretary Lalfakzuala.
